1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Alstar Innovations OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "Alstar Innovations"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide:

• E-commerce sale of medical devices and healthcare products.
• Procurement intelligence tools (TenderSpark — GEM and Nepal tender data).
• Lead generation services (IndiaMart leads report).
• Digital health tools via the Glucogen mobile application.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
• For digital services (leads reports, TenderSpark), delivery is electronic. No physical shipment applies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped via Shiprocket logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days within India. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for physical products are subject to our Returns Policy. Digital services (leads reports, data exports) are non-refundable once delivered. If there is a technical failure on our part, we will re-deliver at no charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, and software on this platform are the property of Alstar Innovations OPC Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• API keys or data provided to us for service delivery must belong to you and be legitimately obtained.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alstar Innovations OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
